I haven't seen a negative change. One FA, maybe, out of fifty has attitude. Some annoyance playing overhead storage sheriff. By a wide margin, though, most appreciate the paying public and act like it.

The AirTran nice/nasty ratio is noticeably worse. FL has some truly ticked-off FAs. Generally one per flight.
