My experience is that he SEA WC/SkyClub staff are VERY competent and will have gotten proper training/info from Delta.
Delta is sinking $$ into this lounge so it is in there interest for it to be successful and have well trained staff.
Also, since that lounge is frequented by people on a lot of SkyTeam flights out of SEA, they are used to dealing with an assortment of people who can enter the lounge besides just card carrying lounge members...
But I'm sure others will post their experiences here...
