Let me cross-calculate:
50 minutes to the city + 50 minutes from the city + walking to/from the gates to/from the S-Bahn + waiting for the S-Bahn (20 min. max.) + buying ticket + immigration + security + shower > 4 hours minimum
Munich is a great place to be (I used to live there for more that 10 years
), but I honestly would not recommend to go downtown for a shower.
