I had two main problems. One was airports included. MEX was missing and I wasn't really sure what others were. Obviously mine isn't perfect on that front (as noted in this thread) but at least I can fix that when it happens. The other issue I had with it was that the dialog box that it presents is too tall to fit on my screen. I switched to a NetBook as my primary computer recently and I only have 600 pixels of vertical resolution to work with. The Fish tool scrolls off the bottom of the page and I cannot adjust that. Nothing major in terms of flaws but enough for me to spend a few hours and build this one. Also it doesn't allow you to choose if the bonus credit is based on actual or base miles.

Fixed. I had over 4200 airports in when I released it but obviously some are missing. It is easy enough to fix when they are identified.

Indeed, this is based on the actual distances between the airports. Airlines each have their own calculations of the space-time continuum that will affect the actual numbers credited to you.
