JNB-SYD all toilets blocked
My cousin a few months ago was flying JNB-SYD and a few hours into the flight they announced that only 2 toilets were working, asked people to refrain from going unless it was absolutely necessary.

A few hours out of AUS they announced that NO toilets were working and said sorry.

They landed in Melbourne to let everybody have a pee.
