If you are buying a new ticket using the ETC funds, it will be a non-refundable ticket by virtue of the type of funds in the ETC (the funds remaining from what was originally a non-refundable ticket), correct?
I don't think that you can launder a non-refundable ticket by using an ETC derived from that ticket to purchase a refundable ticket, but hey, I've never tried it.
