Phone Agent doesn't allow voucher redemption by mail?
When I try to redeem a voucher with a US dollar value (not upgrade cert.) towards a ticket purchase that is of a different name than the one printed on the voucher, the phone agent insists that the voucher holder needs to be present at the airport and that mailing in is not an option?
But there are others on this forum that reported success by mailing in to redeem a voucher for someone else. How do I get pass the agent? Do i just proceed as if I am going to present the voucher at the airport (and tell her so), but then mail it in instead?
