What budget are you talking about? You can't beat Katikies on Santorini for a honeymoon. Mykonos is not crazy this time of year. The Mykonos Grand is a great hotel.
You shouldn't have too much difficulty finding rooms. Tourism in Greece this season is down at least 30%.
Their budget is more less 4,500 euros for hotels, boats and airplanes in Greece. The rest (2,500 euros) of what Princess will give them back is for 4 days around Italy (maybe Toscany) from july 3rd until july the 7th, that is when the cruise was supposed to get to Rome and they will continue their schedule trip.
