The only way for people to REALLY understand how horrific the "new" nwa.com (and it goes without saying, delta.com too) is, is to look for award availability on Continental.com for NW/DL flights--and find it--and then it won't come up on NWA/DL.com--for their own flights!

Forcing you to call.
Forcing non-Elites to pay a fee.
Making it harder to use your miles. Welcome to the new Delta.

How on Earth could you possibly REMOVE things from the NWA site and have it be an improvement? If NWA.come never offered these partners' flights, then we might think it's hard for it to work. To know that nwa.com has the ability to offer AM/KQ/KE/AF/CM flights but CHOSE to remove it tells me a lot about the "new" Delta.
"Industry-leading"? Ummmm, yeah.
