I would complain if I had been plainly lied to.

In fact, depending on the person sitting in 64A, I might have been tempted to ask them if they were a non-rev or when they 'got' 64A, but only if it was someone whom I perceived wouldn't then feel uncomfortable about my request and probably at the end of the flight.
