Sometimes there are technical problems on recognizing BD*G.
But first of all be aware and check your account online.

I am BD*G but once my account was downgraded to blue.
After sent a mail to Joanna (BD) got back my *G

Yup, we even pulled it up on my laptop. That worked for the ticket agent supervisor who waived the baggage fee, but the USAirways Club agent wouldn't let me in. (I haven't received my card yet.) Do people have better luck using the new or old Diamond Club numbers?
