I found the info I needed:

Inclusive fees per bag, per one-way flight as follows: Online Airport
Applicable on flights between EUR GBP EUR GBP
Cork/Dublin/Shannon UK 12 10 18 15

Economy / Low Fare

* Checked bags weighing up to 20kgs will be charged the online discount rate (see above) per bag per flight if bags are booked up to two hours prior to departure on the Aer Lingus website.
* Passengers can still pay for bags at the airport on day of departure, however, a standard rate of €18 or equivalent will be charged per bag per one-way flight.
