Today I applied for the Schwab Invest 1st Visa Card and they agreed to courier it to me overnight so I would have it in time for a trip to Israel next week. Impressive.

I intend to use that card wherever possible, however, I am not clear on what I should do for cash needs, i.e ATM withdrawals. Could someone please help me out here? I don't have any other Schwab accounts. Thanks.
