Walked past it yesterday. In spite of the hoardings, we could see that much of the exterior is ready. It's in the Liverpool One development area, much shopping, restaurants, Odeon cinema etc etc. Walkable from Lime Street station in about 10 minutes, pedestrian area all the way. Due to open in the autumn, apparently.
