This is exactly what you needed to have for getting the Citi Ultimate (at least in my case), Bank's statement (ok, the agent told me only 3 months) and salary certificate. And then you mention the personal bank statement which is the bank statement right?
So basically you need to have only the two things, right? What worries you?
they wanted my company's bank statement. that is insane.

re: citibank.. i talked to 10 agents before they allowed me to get the card without showing any income documents.. my issue is that i do not keep any bank account in the uae.. i don't need it.. and they wouldn't accept my statement from the usa. i could provide the salary certificate from jafza but they insisted on the bank statement.
finally they relented when i showed an invitation letter from skywards saying that salary documents were not required.
