There is no problem. Just tell the hotel on arrival to merge the bookings together so you don't need checkin/out or change rooms mid-stay.
The only issue is an IT issue where the system can't understand anything more than 2 night stay.
I'm not sure what "risk" KathyWdrf is talking about? There is nothing in the T&C's that say you can't book two of these back to back.
OK, it worked for you. But I'm still not sure that it is consistent with the T&Cs. The "risk" I was alluding to was the risk inherent in any prepaid, nonrefundable stay, added to the risk that the hotel might not honor the rate if you violate the terms. But maybe I am wrong here!

Anyhow, the other thing about these 2-for-1 deals is that they are limited availability, and quite often you will not find them available back-to-back at the same hotel on the dates you want. Hence, you might end up hotel-hopping simply to be able to maximize your savings.
