Not 2,500 points; not 1,000 points. NO bonus points for web bookings at all. Back to the game of calling Hilton again and again, and dealing with "they take 3-6 weeks to post", "we can only post them if you fax us your booking", "we're not familiar with that promotion", until I find someone who says, "Sure Mr. Transport, we can put that in for you right away." (and then it shows as a customer service bonus)
If only Hilton had one of these can-do people in the programming department, to save them (and me) from all this duplicative baloney effort.
