Anyone else had problems with special meals not being loaded (or even appearing on any list) when departing from a contract out-station in Europe?

Specifically, this year, TXL and MXP - two TATLs in a row where no record of a special meal request shows up on the flight back to EWR. The outbound of the same itineraries, ex-EWR, no problem.

I just flew IAH-LHR-CLE, and no problems, so it seems like an outstation type of issue.

Already submitted the online form a couple of weeks ago, but no response or suggestion of a reason for the failure.

So just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?
