See snowstorm compensation thread, following is post from Megamiles:

The compensation is 15000 miles for Prestige, 25000 miles for Elite or 30000 miles for Super Elite.

For some people it should happen automatically.

For others, you need to fax/write a letter.

If you are not in the above three categories (i.e. just a regular member) than you can receive 15000 miles which will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
