I'd be interested in knowing their content as well - anyone from Toronto around ???

BTW, IMHO, Air Canada did the best they could under the circumstances. People were standing at YYZ and swearing at the airline and airline staff and generally pissed off - when truly they were trying to get at least a few flights off the ground. Other airlines just packed up and went home but AC was trying to keep things moving. Obviously people don't realize that despite the best technology, you can't fly in dangerous situations. Also people don't understand why crew's become illegal (over the no. of hours they can work) so if a flight to LHR was delayed by 5 hours - you need to legally get another crew in - so people couldn't understand why they were earlier told - "we have a crew in place" and later be told - "we are waiting for a new crew" - and they assumed that AC was lying or making stuff up. Anyways, my rant of the day. The snowstorm caused me a fair bit of inconvenience (missed the first day of a new job) - but I will hardly seek redress for a act of God.
