I disagree - especially on the blankets. Often it is a bit chilly on aircraft -- especially for my wife. I have seen times when all blankets are taken. I usually take one "in case" it gets cold. Pre flight temps are not always the same once into the flight. And there is no 50 min flight for all segments an aircraft takes each day. Many flights may have a 50 min leg, but then a 3+ hour segment on a different leg.

I don't understand why CabinCrew used to take so much time refolding and replacing the pillows and blankets if they were hardly ever used -- as some think.

Why bother with drinks and snacks on a 1 - 1.5 hour flight? I'm sure few of us really need them. That would save on time, expense, and storage.
