I have get a freenight for an Amerihost (booked March, reservation for Juni)

But as I checked in, it was not honored. He say it is now an america's best inn. It was very surprised - outside was the sign from amerihost, he has my reservation..
so I want no stay for pay there.

We stayed at the next super 8.
I replay the mail to the costumer service agent, was give me the freenight, but get no answer (2 weeks ago, perhaps he not more working there).

Has anywhere an idea or a mail adress from customer service BRG department?
