I remember Merry posted on the BA Forum that the LHR Hilton is very expensive.

Merry: ..... Suites at the Heathrow Hilton cost GBP450 - it doesn't matter what rate you choose (rack; day-use; corporate; bounce-back etc etc) it is always GBP450. ....

BTW, a friend told me that the Hilton at Gatwick is fine, not expensive and he could park his car there - for a fee? I don't know. I think he checked-in the baggage the night before departure (Virgin Atlantic flight to MIA).
