It's supposed to be, but it doesn't always happen.

It's often busy on the door during boarding. Just the other day I could see the chap was looking for someone to escort me because he was on his own and I just said that I knew where I was going. He was apologetic and said he would be up to see me as soon as he could. He was as good as his word.
