Out of many of the "rules", is is one of the more obvious safety requirement which actually has a purpose which is very just.

Wouldn't it be possible in one of the two or three big glossy airline magazines I have in front of me every flight to explain the reasons behind some of these rules?
Woman who wrote the article comes across as a complete cow but there does seem to some truth in that the 'rules' become more lax the further forward you are.
