Well... you have to understand FC.... it only shows fares that were loaded.... not current availability....

I have had no problem finding their quoted fares on my favorite airline....

Trying to fly in July can be part of the problem if it is a US originating flight... very popular time to travel... would not be surprised if all the low fares are sold out.
