BlueBiz is for businesses and FlyingBlue for consumers.

So when I travel for our business, our company will earn Blue Credits (for Bluebiz) and I will earn Flying Blue miles. They are completely seperate and can not be combined, but you can earn for both of them at the same time. And ofcourse both programs have their own set of rules about earning and redeeming.
