Thanks again for your help. So I called Best Buy yesterday, the guy basically said you can come in and they can take a look at it. I went in last night, and the guy at the door said take it over to customer service, and I did. The guy from Geek Squad took a good 5 minute look at it, and said that something was wrong with the motherboard and a new computer was needed. Then I went over to the computer section, particuraly straight to the Dell's because they dominate everything else. This guy was helping us out with stuff, and I saw one I really liked (and now trying to find it on Dell's website...) and the employee was helpful. As my birthday is tomorrow and I have a massive babysitting job coming up in July, I have decided to wait on a new computer. I am now sharing with my mom's Windows XP desktop...
