That's because they don't have any actual seat maps for this plane yet. This is the CRP-2. Your're occupying both seats.

Avionics are optional, but you can pick up a squawking mistress at Hertz for $11.00 a day. At least in the air she can't steer you down any one-way streets ... the wrong way.
The takeoff roll is catapult assisted. Thereafter it is strongly recommended that you pedal very hard.
