I'm guessing that it'll take more than a box of chocolates and a smile though. I won't elaborate on the details but I did once spend a very enjoyable evening in the company of one of your long haul colleagues after a flight from LHR-SEA and mysteriously found myself upgraded from Y to J on the return leg. I guess I must have done something right!
