Well I'm here right now and after a delayed flight from SIn I arrived at 1:30am for my check-in (had called ahead to let them know) and to my surprise I receive a Grand deluxe room on the 24th (Club) floor. I tried my key at the Club lounge on the 21st floor today and it worked. That's a first. I also got free internet as part of the Club upgrade.

Not sure if they are very full or are finally just recognizing my loyalty (after maybe 60-70 nights in the last 2 years), but I had booked a regular deluxe room on PB of all
