Having done/visited all of your choices, I would high tail it to Lake Como and stay at the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio,

If you can afford it, try to get a de luxe on a high floor with a balcony and then, when ready to go to Lugano put my car on the ferry across the lake to Lugano (which is also a wonderful town).
While in Bellagio, you can take a boat up and down the lake to visit Como and other small towns.
