I have only made terrible experiences with these clowns at AF. Seems the Frenchies are racists that to not like to deal with US customers. They should be thankful not having to speak German . . .

And CDG is the worst airport to make changes. I always got conflicting informations or blank stares after posing a simple question.

Just forget AF and make your life easier.
