Looks as though the MC gift card promo has its own terms. Thanks for the detective work, CalItalian. I will list them separately.

BTW, does anyone know the current T&Cs for Orbitz's DEALOHOTEL code? I saw it in an Orbitz email, but clicked around and didn't find the details. TIA.
