Maybe he was CP? And he upgraded the sheriff....
Really though if I was an elite getting transported, I would try to upgrade myself and a companion.

To say the least if I were he I would use my one phone call to make sure I get the miles, these are preferred miles which I didn’t have to pay for !!!!
