What I dislike even worse is being on hold for 11 minutes when the line starts ringing. Someone answers, you hear a little ruffling of the headset and the line goes dead at 7:57pm EST. Someone clearly wanted to go home at 8pm and not deal with another "guest". An immediately call back and the phone lines have already been turned off for the night.
I'd send Blakey an e-mail about that.
