Stayed at LV Hilton earlier this week at a $49 rate, which is available on many weekdays during the summer. Since I'm HH Gold, I received my normal 490 points for the stay, an additional 25% for gold, 2500 for on-line booking, and 10000 for the second stay of the 50K promo, as well as 500 AA miles. So more than 13,000 HH points for a $49 stay. Need 2 more stays for the full 50000--I'll probably return to the LV Hilton since I live in the LA area. Such a deal!
