Earlier this week I was assigned an aisle seat when my preference is window. So I enquired in the Glasgow lounge why I never get seating allocated properly when flying down the back. I was told that Gold members on discounted tickets are sat anywhere near the front and that preferences aren't taken in to account. Perhaps someone at BD could clarify this.

Oh and on tomorrows flight I've been preassigned a middle seat - thanks again BD!
