Got a 12km race this weekend, haven't trained for it, life has gotten in the way, my PB is 60 on this course so anything sub 70 will be nice. Probably start comfortable 3-4km then go faster consistant pace for the rest. Hoping to score a free entry to the Sydney Marathon so hopefully this will give me the kick up the pants to start working.
It's ever so difficult to train with work, college, church & a fiancee who lives overseas all competing for time.
