Early morning track workout this morning. Which I did on about 3 hours of sleep, thanks to staying up for homework followed about half an hour after I went to bed by DS waking up and having some issues that involved being up for another half an hour and ultimately bringing him to bed with me. Sigh. NOT a habit I want to promote, but I also didn't want to fight him for another half an hour or longer when I knew I had to get up in 3 hours...
Anyways...our workout this morning was 3 x 1200 (5 for the fast people, aka not me) with 200 recovery. I was pleasantly surprised at first because instead of 1200's, I thought our coach said 12 100's. No such luck.

It went surprisingly well considering my 3 1/2 hours of sleep.
