I've had good luck using my upgrades with no problems. Let us know how it turns out! Use Skype, calls to/from TW is pretty cheap... thats what my g/f uses

Both of three Hyatt and 4 nights in New York, be informed that there's NO any Diamond suite upgrade available from Sep.30 to Oct. 08 in any Hyatt properties in New York & San Francisco.

Should I make a international call to contatc the Diamond line to check again? maybe Hong Kong GP service center just provide a wrong information?
