Our IFE upstairs was screwed AGAIN on the SFO-SYD last night these new seats are already falling apart at the seams!

Purser reprogrammed it from seat and control console and to no avail.

So we have 4 of these sky-kits. Each should be good for $US250 i.e. $US1,000?

It says you have until 90 days to lodge the item code number.

So I am assuming the voucher will run a year FROM the date you lodge it .. or do they time it from the date of flight?

I'll probably not use them as we almost never book stand alone US tickets, but swap for some GC etc on CC, and want to know how long I can say they will be good for. 12 months or 15 months?
