I got my card, tried to register, and it appeared that I would have to join US Bank Online Banking. I was surprised because I didn't see that info in any of the paperwork that preceeded the card, so I called. The FlexPerks website states, "To redeem your Flex Perk Points, enroll in the US Bank Internet Banking & visit the Flex Perks Reward Center." You don't have to actually join their online banking program, but if you don't, you cannot access your account and points online to determine your reward options. You will have to call 888-229-8864. For me, that's an issue, but will have to wait and see how it works.
