Well, I don't recommend you go through southwest Wyoming to get to Jackson. Go north on I-15 from Salt Lake City to Idaho Falls, then US 20/ID30/ID33/WY22 through Victor and over the pass. Much prettier overall, and Google Maps indicates it's shorter/faster that way as well.
