It is really day dependent and when the union decides to do something. If you are just flying in and out of the airport and not going into Toronto you may not even realize there is a strike. However, the flight crews have been delayed getting to their flights on some days as well and that has caused things to back up. Every day is different and most days are no problem--but don't assume that will be the case when you go!
