There are two different security checks at TLV. One is pre-check-in, and is targeted at your checked luggage. If you do not plan to check anything, you are usually off almost immediately. There should be separate lines for premium pax at this point, but I'm not sure how well it's signposted and/or policed.
Once you checked in, you move on to immigration; this involves another security check, this time for your carry-on luggage. As far as I know, there's no fast track here, nor is one needed as these lines usually move pretty quickly.
The real grilling is before check-in; agents use profiling to single out passengers that will get the special treatment, and once you're selected you'll spend some time answering questions and waiting for your luggage to be scrutinized. I doubt VIP service can cut this, but it may be done inside a lounge rather than in the main hall.
