The FS also has outstanding service, and the rooms were redone a few years back. The suites are very large. Great concierge and, as mentioned, it is easily walkable to everywhere in Recoleta. It also has a couple of excellent restaurants literally across the street. Cabs are easy to catch everywhere in BA, more or less.

One possible deciding factor, however, is if you want a pool. It can be very hot in BA that time of year and the ability to cool off is for us a huge attraction after trekking around a city. The FS has the nicest pool area in BA, along with the Faena, which is different all together. The pool area at the FS is relatively large, very comfortable, good lounge chairs, nice sized pool and again great service. The PH really has no pool.
