Hello, a bunch of us are going on a healthcare mission trip to Belize in August.

We are going to be in Dangriga area.

A couple of us are vegetarians (no fish/eggs); and a couple orthodox kosher.
All of us (veggies / Kosher people) are planning to bring ready-to-eat kind of food with us.

However, I am wondering if anyone here is aware of obtaining vegetarian / Kosher food in the area.
Would be even interested in just getting some form of bread not cooked in lard.

Oh, I am not sure what certification of Kosher my friends follow. But I just needed some general ideas.
