In my experience the problem is not with arrival but departure, where if you're a non-regular non-Jewish visitor with no family there, you stand a good chance of being selected for having the fine-toothcomb treatment of your luggage. They do it very efficiently considering the level of detail, with about three people working on one passenger, but it still takes 20-30 minutes.
Are you saying that paying for a VIP service can avoid this? I would be extremely surprised, for obvious security reasons.
And I didn't see any separate security line for J or F passengers prior to check-in (I did ask). There is a separate check-in desk, but that isn't where the hold-up is and it doesn't make any difference.
