Yes, you do confuse me. You say that you had new leather loafers (you said nothing about suede which I think would have been a material fact). The FA spilled some drops of wine on your new loafers. Instead of bending over and trying to wipe them off you "point" it out to the FA. Did you expect her to break out crying or to offer to pay for them on the spot? Why don't you just suck it up and forget about it?
I am sure the WeCareless department will quickly blow this one off.
